Authors are requested to prepare a 2-page English abstract as a pdf file. The abstract should consist of one page of text and one page of figures and/or tables. The final deadline of late news submission is Sep. 3, 2022. However, note that submitted late news abstracts will be reviewed in the order of submission, and a limited number of late news spots will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.
Authors are encouraged to use the template for preparing the abstract to ensure that their submission conforms to the following formatting guidelines:
- Paper size: A4
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
- Font styles: “Times New Roman” and “Symbol”
- Font sizes: 14-pt bold for Title; 12-pt plain for Author(s), Affiliation(s), and E-mail address of the corresponding author; 11-pt plain for Body text; and 10-pt plain for Acknowledgments, References, and Figure captions.
Abstracts containing new and preferably unpublished technical data related to the workshop topics will be considered for presentation. Note that the accepted abstracts will be published in an abstract book and distributed to participants at the workshop via USB flash drives.
Note that late news papers are ineligible for the Paper Award.

Paper Award (Regular submission only)
A few Young Researcher Paper Awards will be bestowed for outstanding oral or poster papers presented by students. Papers are judged on both scientific content and quality of presentation at the workshop. Presenters who maintain student status by October 27, 2022 are eligible to apply for the award. Please check the “Student Paper?” box when submitting the abstract.
